Based in Pacifica and serving clients throughout the Bay Area and across California via telehealth, Deep Dive Therapy integrates mindfulness-based, experiential, and eco-therapy approaches. We offer compassionate, evidence-based therapy for adults, couples, teens, and children working through everything from anxiety and depression to burnout and relationship challenges.

I seem fine on paper. But inside, I’m anxious and exhausted, and I’ve been running on empty for longer than I’d like to admit. I want more than deep breaths and so-called coping skills. I want to stop performing and start living a life that actually feels like mine.
